Each gathering begins with a simple ritual - a way to arrive, settle in, and become present together.

Conversation

Structured prompts guide meaningful dialogue. No small talk, no networking - just real exchange.

Movement

We walk, stretch, or shift between sitting and standing. Bodies matter. Stillness isn't required.

Sharing

Food, stories, silence. Whatever feels right. The gathering makes space for what wants to emerge.

  • Because there is no other way

    Two year back, in a garden, under an ordinary sun.


    I was loitering there, half-asleep in the shade, deep in one of those slow, meandering conversations with a friend.


    We got talking about something simple: how we share our best opinions when we're out in the sun. How the best ideas really do trickle out in conversations like that one. A little unplanned, unscripted, a little sunstruck.

  • How nice it is when people just talk, instead of performing for each other.


    That's when it hit me that we've all become so performative.


    Somewhere in that thought, I started thinking about brands.

  • About how rarely they actually listen to people. Not survey them. Not target them. Listen.


    So why not build that ourselves?


    A community of people who want to share. Who want to chat. Who just want to have a point of view - out loud, with people who'll actually hear it.

  • That's how Pegboard Picnics™ began.


    The first one was the OG. July of 2023.

    Friends of Pegboard. And that one pulsed into another. And another.
